Sardes, circa 561-546 BC. AU heavy stater, 10.52 gr., 17.7 mm.

Obv: confronting protomes of lion to the right, with open jaws and right forepaw raised, and bull with foreleg to the left.

Rev: bipartite incuse rectangle with rough surface.
