Very fine.

Septimius Severus became emperor after the short reign of Didius Julianus. His family originated from Leptis Magna, a city in north-Africa. It was rumoured that his mother couldn’t speak proper Latin and that, after the family moved to Rome, she wasn’t allowed to appear in public.
