Obv: D N VALENTINIANUS P F AUG; helmeted, pearl-diademed and cuirassed bust of Valentinian III facing three-quarters to the right, holding spear and shield with horseman motif.

Rev: SALUS REI PUBLICAE; Theodosius II and Valentinian III, both nimbate and wearing consular robes, holding mappa and cruciform sceptre, enthroned facing; above: star, in exergue: CONOB.
