Obv: diademed head of Nikomedes IV to the right.
Rev: ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΕΠΙΦΑΝΟΥΣ ΝΙΚΟΜΗΔΟΥ; Zeus Stephanophoros standing to the left; in left field: eagle standing to the left on thunderbolt, above: HΣ-monogram (date: 208 BC).
